Payment options
Upon checkout, a payment option will be offered. Full payment is required prior to an order being filled and shipped. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES uses third party payment processors called PayPal and Stripe. All products listed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders must be paid for in Australian Dollars (AUD). Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, and eftpos payments in Australia.
Returns Policy
​You must give JASMIN AMBER CANDLES notice of any perceived fault in the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. It is imperative that you check the goods upon delivery. Notice of fault will be deemed by email at jasminambercandles@gmail.com. In this email, you must include a description of the goods, the date of purchase, a description of the fault and any evidence to justify the claim (Photograph or video), that you would like either a refund or replacement. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES will then issue a returns note accordingly. Any items that are to be returned will be assessed and will either be replaced or refunded accordingly.​​
