Please read the Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing our site/and or purchasing any product from us, you engage in our "service" and accept the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree to all the terms, policies and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to JASMIN AMBER CANDLES.
Shipping
When a product order has been placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the services. Currently, we only offer shipping in Australia. Our shipping/delivery Flat rate is $16.99 per order. Upon purchasing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a email for when we have processed your order at the post office. From there, Australia Post will send you an email with a tracking number for your items.
Australia Post will then notify you via email or SMS of the time and day that your items are expected

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00pm Business Days
Order Handling Time: 0-1 Business Days (Please allow up to 2 days on Public Holidays)
Transit Time: May be impacted by adverse weather, public holidays, holiday seasons.​
QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT will take approximately 2-5 business days.
SA, TAS, WA, NT will take approximately 5-7 business days.

Please note that JASMIN AMBER CANDLES cannot be held responsible for late deliveries for reasons outside of its control. E.g. Adverse weather conditions, holiday seasons, public holidays. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES is not responsible for shipping mistakes, such as incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address information. In certain circumstances, incorrect shipping delivery may be the responsibility of the post carrier.

JASMIN AMBER CANDLES preferred carrier is Australia Post. Orders over 5kg may be sent as separate parcels. All parcels will have a tracking number attached to them and this will be advised once the order has been dispatched. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct.
JASMIN AMBER CANDLES has the right to change shipping prices at any time.
