Our products are carefully inspected before set out for shipping. If the item arrives and is not damaged, we do not offer refunds. We also do not offer refunds to products that have been used, misused, lost or stolen, items that have been damaged not due to our error, change of mind, or in the case of disliking a product scent.

 

You must give JASMIN AMBER CANDLES notice of any perceived fault in the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.  It is imperative that you check the goods upon delivery. Notice of fault will be deemed by email at jasminambercandles@gmail.com. In this email, you must include a description of the goods, the date of purchase, a description of the fault and any evidence to justify the claim (Photograph or video), that you would like either a refund or replacement. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES will then issue a returns note accordingly. Any items that are to be returned will be assessed and will either be replaced or refunded accordingly.​​ 

 

The refund will be paid the full amount that the consumer had paid for when purchasing the product. The refund excludes any postage costs that were incurred. When issued a refund, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment. This should be done within 10 business days. If you have not received the refund within 10 business days, contact your card company or bank. Once you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact jasminambercandles@gmail.com. 

JASMIN AMBER CANDLES has the right to change the refund and replacement policy at any time.
