Q1. How long will it take for my item/s to arrive?

A. We understand the importance of timely delivery. Here is our delivery timeline.

Order cut-off time: 4:00pm Business Days

Order Handling Time: 0-1 Business Days

Transit Time: 

QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT will take approximately 2-5 business days.
SA, TAS, WA, NT will take approximately 5-7 business days.

Q2. Where can I place an order from?

A. Jasmin Amber Candles only ships products within Australia. Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at this time. 

Q3. How can I pay?

A. Upon checkout, a payment option will be offered. Full payment is required prior to an order being filled and shipped. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES uses a third party payment processor called Stripe. All products listed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders must be paid for in Australian Dollars (AUD). Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, and eftpos payments in Australia.

Q4. Why does my candle have a white coating on the top?

A. Candle frosting is a natural occurrence that can happen to olive wax candles. This is when the wax on the surface of the candle can appear to have a white, frosty or powdery look. It is caused by the natural wax molecules re-crystallizing and forming visible crystals on the surface of the candle. Frosting does not affect the performance of the candle.   

Q5. Do I have to pay for shipping?

A. Yes. Currently, we only offer shipping in Australia. Our shipping/delivery Flat rate is $16.99 per order. Jasmin Amber Candles preferred carrier is Australia Post. Orders over 5kg may be sent in separate parcels.

Q. Who can I contact about my order?

A. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you. For any inquiries or issues regarding your order, please contact our email: jasminambercandles@gmail.com. We are available on Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm. 

Q. Will I get confirmation for my order?

A.
Yes. Upon purchasing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a email for when we have processed your order at the post office. From there, Australia Post will send you an email with a tracking number for your items.

Australia Post will then notify you via email or SMS of the time and day that your items are expected to arrive.
