All of JASMIN AMBER CANDLES products are handmade and may slightly vary in colour or design from the original picture. Colours may also appear different on various devices.

This site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness of any information transmitted or made available via on the site, and will not be responsible for any error in that information.

 

4. PRODUCTS

Products and prices of products that are advertised on this site are subject to change at any time without any given notice. Products advertised on this site may not always be available to purchase.

5. PRODUCT MEASUREMENT AND ACCURACY

Weights and measurements of all listed products on this site are approximate and provided for convenience purposes only. Reasonable efforts are made to accurately display the attributes of our products to ensure that information is complete, accurate and up to date.

6. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In order to use our service and purchase products, you may be required to create an account and provide current, accurate and complete information in relation to your use of the services. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to maintain and regularly update your account information to maintain accuracy. If on the basis of inaccurate or incomplete information, JASMIN AMBER CANDLES has the right to suspend or terminate access to the use of the service. You may control your account and how you interact with our services, by changing the settings in your account. By accessing the service and setting up an account, you acknowledge and consent to having these terms, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically, satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. You agree that the action of signing up to our services and providing contact information such as a phone number and email establishes a business relationship with us. Given the contact information you provide to us, you consent to our communications with you about our products and services. Additionally, you have the legal authority over any contact information that you provide to us and allow us with the authorization to contact you. We may contact you by using recorded message, by mobile/telephone number, text (SMS) message, by email and or by any other means of communication that your wireless or other telecommunications device may be capable of receiving. You may opt out or change your preferences by texting STOP or change your account settings, if you do not wish to receive such email messages.

7. SHIPPING

​

When a product order has been placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the services. Currently, we only offer shipping in Australia. Our shipping/delivery Flat rate is $16.99 per order. Upon purchasing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a email for when we have processed your order at the post office. From there, Australia Post will send you an email with a tracking number for your items. 

 

Australia Post will then notify you via email or SMS of the time and day that your items are expected

Transit Time: May be impacted by adverse weather, public holidays, holiday seasons.

QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT will take approximately 2-5 business days.

SA, TAS, WA, NT will take approximately 5-7 business days.

Please note that JASMIN AMBER CANDLES cannot be held responsible for late deliveries for reasons outside of its control. E.g. Adverse weather conditions, public holidays, holiday seasons. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES is not responsible for shipping mistakes, such as incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address information. In certain circumstances, incorrect shipping delivery may be the responsibility of the post carrier.

JASMIN AMBER CANDLES preferred carrier is Australia Post. Orders over 5kg may be sent as separate parcels. All parcels will have a tracking number attached to them and this will be advised once the order has been dispatched. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. 

JASMIN AMBER CANDLES has the right to change shipping prices at any time.

8. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION

We have the right without any notice at any given time, to limit the order quantity of any product, refuse fulfilment of any order or to any customer, or to discontinue any product or service. We are also entitled to request additional information to verify information, prior to the acceptance and or shipment of any order.

9. SERVICE RULES

You accept to not engage in any of the prohibited activities: copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the services in any medium. This means that you will not use any automated system to access the services. You will not transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email. You accept to not interfere and compromise the system, security, or any transmissions to or from the servers running the services. You agree to not upload invalid data, or other software agents through the services, collect any personal identifiable information, use the service for any commercial solicitation purposes, steal, impersonate another person, conduct fraud, attempt to hide your identity, use technology to access content on the services other than those authorized by the services. You will not use the services if you store information that is harmful, hateful, abusive or defamatory. You will not use the services if in any way it interferes with the normal performance of another person's use of the service/s. When placing an order, you agree that the products that you use will be used only in a lawful manner and as intended by the manufacturer. We may without prior notice, change the services. We also can stop providing the services to you. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability if you violate any provision of the terms, or for no reason.

10. COPYRIGHT

All material within the services such as images, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of JASMIN AMBER CANDLES. You agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy or reproduce work from any JASMIN AMBER CANDLES content. 

 

11. PAYMENT INFORMATION

​

Upon checkout, a payment option will be offered. Full payment is required prior to an order being filled and shipped. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES uses third party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. All products listed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders must be paid for in Australian Dollars (AUD). Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, and eftpos payments in Australia.

12. REFUND POLICY AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

​

Our products are carefully inspected before set out for shipping. If the item arrives and is not damaged, we do not offer refunds. We also do not offer refunds to products that have been used, misused, lost or stolen, items that have been damaged not due to our error, change of mind, or in the case of disliking a product scent.

 

You must give JASMIN AMBER CANDLES notice of any perceived fault in the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.  It is imperative that you check the goods upon delivery. Notice of fault will be deemed by email at jasminambercandles@gmail.com. In this email, you must include a description of the goods, the date of purchase, a description of the fault and any evidence to justify the claim (Photograph or video), that you would like either a refund or replacement. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES will then issue a returns note accordingly. Any items that are to be returned will be assessed and will either be replaced or refunded accordingly.​​ 

 

The refund will be paid the full amount that the consumer had paid for when purchasing the product. The refund excludes any postage costs that were incurred. When issued a refund, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment. This should be done within 10 business days. If you have not received the refund within 10 business days, contact your card company or bank. Once you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact jasminambercandles@gmail.com. 

JASMIN AMBER CANDLES has the right to change the refund and replacement policy at any time.

13. CUSTOMER PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SECURITY

JASMIN AMBER CANDLES cares about customer personal information and takes privacy seriously. However, you acknowledge that there is risk when providing personal information online, if in the case an unauthorized third party bypasses security measures. You relieve JASMIN AMBER CANDLES all liability from your use of any third-party website content or service.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JASMIN AMBER CANDLES assumes no liability or responsibility for any mistakes, errors, personal injury or property damage, of any nature resulting from your use with our products or service. JASMIN AMBER CANDLES will not be liable to you for any claims, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to Jasmin Amber Candles.
